Call from supposed Microsoft technician: "We have discovered dangerous viruses on your computer. We need to set up remote access immediately." Access to the computer is then gained via TeamViewer or AnyDesk, banking data is spied on or money is transferred directly. Microsoft never calls unsolicited.
